Founded in Early 2025 by two brothers, Osman and Subhan, Zafraan is a celebration of their shared love for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. With over ten years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, the brothers bring their lifelong passion for food and hospitality to every dish they serve.
From a young age, they were drawn to the aromas of their family kitchen — the slow simmer of Haleem, the fragrant steam of freshly cooked Biryani, and the comforting warmth of a cup of Chai. What began as childhood fascination soon became a dream: to share the soulful taste of home-cooked Hyderabadi food with their community.
